Lockory is built to help users protect private content inside a disguised vault experience. This privacy policy explains what information may be stored or processed when you use the app.
Lockory is designed to keep data collection minimal.
Your information is used only to provide the core functionality of the app, including:
At this stage, Lockory primarily stores vault content locally on your device. This means your media, files, notes, and core vault preferences are intended to remain on the device unless you choose to share or export content yourself.
If you enable Face ID or Touch ID, Lockory uses Apple’s device-level biometric authentication framework only to help unlock the vault faster. Biometric data itself is not collected or stored by Lockory.
Lockory may offer a one-time premium unlock through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. Lockory does not receive or store your full payment information.
Lockory may rely on Apple services for biometrics, in-app purchases, and device-level app functionality. Additional third-party services may be added in future updates only where needed to support app features.
Lockory does not sell your personal data. We do not share your vault content with third parties except where required to operate specific platform features, comply with law, or respond to valid legal requests.
We aim to protect user content through app-level security design, including local storage protections, access controls, and optional biometric unlock. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
You can control your data by:
Lockory is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time to reflect app updates, legal requirements, or feature changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
